Structural Diagram of Travel Buddy

1.All plastic materials are food grade PC (Polycarbonate) with temperature resistance up to +130℃ (+266℉) the same materials used to make baby bottles.
2.Silicone rubber is made of food grade silicone rubber with temperature resistance up to +160℃ (+320℉) the same materials used to make baby bottle nipples.
3.Filtering mesh is made of food grade SUS316 acid and alkali resistant Stainless Steel.

1.All plastic materials are food grade PC (Polycarbonate) with temperature resistance up to +130℃ (+266℉) the same materials used to make baby bottles.
2.Glass used is of direct fired beaker glass with 150℃ (302℉) transient temperature difference resistance.
3.All metal parts (including filtering mesh, water stopping steel ball, steel band and handle fixing steel stripe) are made of SUS316 acid and alkali resistant Stainless Steel.
The filter in PC-656, PC-657, PC-658, GL-864, GL-865, GL-866 and GL-895 does not include a cylinder; otherwise the structure of those models is the same as that of models GL-888, GL-897 and GL-898.

 

Illustrations of Inner Containers

P1 and P2 can be used in PC-656, PC-657, PC-658, GL-864, GL-865, GL-866 and GL-895.
P3 is used only in GL-888, GL-897 and GL-898.
A description of the materials used to make the tea pot and their characteristics are printed at the bottom of each box.
English letters in front of the model No. indicate the product materials, such as PC-656 indicating the PC material for both inner and outer containers, while "GL" for GL-864 indicates the glass for the outer container and PC for inner container.
